James, Phil and Renae took care of this gal from my first phone call. Yes, I am the girl who mistakenly bought an Asian Vespa on Ebay. They valiantly kept my mistake on the road, but when Pedro finally drew his last breath they were more than helpful putting me on a kickbutt shiny new Vespa. Great staff and service 10/23/2009

Great reviews from a friend who's a certified scooter nut. Top tip too, we couldn't be happier with the whole experience, got a great bike, great price and a free t-shirt. Now we always have someone to ride with on the weekends. Pros: Customer loyalty, support and selection Cons: difficult to decide, huge store more

Best Customer Service - Period 10/23/2009

I met these guys on a british bike night ride and started using them for service on my nortons and vintage jap bikes. Eventually I got the scooter bug and picked up a new Vespa for running around town. Can't beat these guys on service and community involvement. Pros: huge selection, great deals, customer support. Cons: they closed their eastside store, now only 1 location. more

We saw these guys riding out in Chardon and stopped and found out where they were. Met a few of their members and got the bug. Went to the shop and left with 2 scooters. Already turned on our neighbors and can't ride enough! Pros: history, knowledge and selection Cons: only guys in town more
