Were not very willing to work with us. Prices were too high and they would not budge. so went elsewhere

I waited while my Hyundai Tucson was serviced. Pride did the work promptly and they did a full check of regular maintenance items. I could drive away with confidence that everything was in good order. more

Love my Elantra and would definitely purchase another Hyundai soon! Part of the reason for this is the customer service provide by the service dept (Tony & Stacey) and the fact that my vehicle has never had to go in for anything but regular maintenance...have never had to bring in due to a recall! more

The service dept is staffed with two great people upfront. Always explain things thoroughly with the cost of each service and repair. Never try to push things that aren't necessary. more

I was in the market to shop for a used car and i went to Pride hyundai and I am really glad that I did. I was greeted by a polite salesman Lion, who took his time and listtened to me and helped me to tailor a special payment plan that suited me. He also explained all the features and options that my new car offered and even introduced me to the service manager Tony. I walked out of there with a 2012 elantra with factory warranty! And I LOVE IT!!!! Thank you for your help Lion! I highly reccommend him as a sales person and the dealership to everyone. more
