I've dealt with Pride Flooring since they operated under a different name. They're a wonderful family-run business that did carpet for me years ago and then I put in laminate flooring in my entire condo two years ago. I didn't hesitate to call them again because they were so wonderful and professional when they came to the house. I couldn't recommend them more! more

I had an excellent experience using Pride Flooring. They installed a new laminate flooring for us and were professional from beginning to end. They carry high-quality products and deliver prompt, meticulous work. Everyone on the crew was very friendly, punctual, and had a good eye for detail. They were also very reasonably priced and I am hoping to use them again to refinish my kitchen floors. more

This was the first time I worked with Pride Flooring and my experience was excellent. They installed laminate flooring in three bedrooms. They explained the installation process, and they didn't run into any issues doing the job. I would recommend them to any of my friends. more

Outstanding 9/23/2014

Professional company, will hire again 9/18/2014

Pride flooring is excellent and very helpful. We recently had two freaky accidents in our home. While our dishwasher was being installed, it started leaking. Thankfully Pride was able to address the issue immediately. After that, my 9 year old son was playing hide and seek and ended up getting a 4-inch splinter, and there was a big chunk missing out of the floor. They repaired it and did a wonderful job. I love that Pride works in a prompt and efficient manner, and the people there are very professional. I would definitely hire them again. more

Great company to work with. 9/17/2014

This was the first time we used Pride Flooring. They installed hardwood flooring in five bedrooms over the period of 3 days. The whole experience was wonderful. We went to the Pride Flooring showroom, and Joe De Leo helped us. He was incredibly knowledgeable, told us the pros and cons, and really helped us make an informed decision on our flooring wants and needs. Joe arrived on time to take the measurements and kept us informed about the process along the way. The installers were also timely. They cleaned after themselves, and were also very pleasant people. Everyone did a terrific job, and I'm glad we went with their services. more

Had Laminate floor laid by professionals who went out of their way to please us. Only place we will use. 9/6/2014

From the first e mail and subsequent visit to our home by Marc to saying goodbye to three enthusiastic men after a long days work laying our new laminate floor it was a pleasure. Our home was transformed in one day from a dated floor to a beautiful modern Shaw floor. During the process whatever we asked for was "no problem, we will figure it out". Obviously we were very pleased and would go to Pride again. Family businesses are the way to go!! more

From the time they came in to the time they left, the people at Pride Flooring were very professional. They installed laminate flooring, and cleaned up after themselves well. We had one call back for a minor issue, and they came back right away to take care of it. We were very satisfied with the service! more

Awesome, fantastic, and great customer service. 8/18/2014

This was my first time using Pride Flooring, and they did a great job. I heard about them through my Realtor. They performed two services for me. They worked on my roof flooring and my blinds. The workers that did the service were friendly and quick. It took two days for them to do the roof flooring and one day for the blinds. The guys that performed the services were great. Marc did the blinds, and another guy did the roof flooring. They each processed and communicated the service they were doing. They both went above and beyond. more

Our experience with Pride Flooring was very easy! We walked in, told them what we were looking for and they helped us right away. The technician who came out to our home to measure the rooms was very quick, and everything turned out exactly as he said it would -- easy and painless! I'd used them years ago for carpeting, so I expect this service will last just as long. The value for the money was perfect! more

I hired Pride Flooring through Costco. I went to their location to look at some flooring and made arrangements for them to come to my house. They came as promised and on time and gave me an estimate withing two days. I accepted the offer and the came back for the installation two weeks later. The crew showed up on time and worked very hard to complete the job in two days. We had no issues whatsoever.They completed everything on time and the crew is very good at what they do. They were also very careful with my belongings in the house. It was a totally positive experience--I can't say anything negative about them! more

A Terrific Experience 3/28/2014

We got new carpets from Pride Flooring. It was a wonderful experience. One of the gentleman, Mike, showed us different types of carpeting, and he personalized it for us. He had lots of suggestions and was very helpful and worked within our price range. He even let us take free samples home to see what worked with the different types of lighting and coloring in our room during different times of the day. When we came to a decision, he and the other workers took care of everything. They put all the furniture back after setting everything up. It was a terrific experience and I highly recommend them. more

My experience with Pride Flooring was great. They did a great job! I have a pretty big upstairs area in my house, and they installed the new carpeting in one piece. I called about three other installers, and all of them said they would have to cut here and there and do it in a bunch of pieces. Pride Flooring did the WHOLE thing as one, including the hallways and closets. It's a great quality carpet, too. On the stairs, I used to have something on the first step that would always trip people. Pride glued that all for me and fixed it. They also put tile in the bathroom upstairs and did a little ramp going down. It came out really, really nice. I was scared because, with something like this, you want to make sure they will do a good job. I didn't even know about Pride, and I was so happy in the end. more

Very professional and great customer service! 2/27/2014

Pride Flooring was very professional. They did some flooring in our house. We had such a good experience with them that we went back and had them do our crown molding. I've never had someone do work at my house so fast, and the quality of the work was very good! The price was a little high, but for the service, it was really good. They really had great customer service. They were very professional, clean, friendly and trustworthy. I've never had such a great experience like that, especially in Miami. more
