We rented a van from Priceless to drive our children up to New Hampshire for the weekend. The van was represented as in good working order, except a dent on the front bumper. We tried to listen to CDs with our kids, the CD player was broken. At the first bathroom stop, we realized that the passenger door was also broken and could not be opened from the inside, effectively trapping the passenger in the van. One of our children got sick in the far back seat. We tried to move them into the middle row of the van, but the seat belt didn't work. Now in New Hampshire, we called Priceless to tell them about the problems, and they denied knowledge of them. When we returned, we asked for compensation, and that they fix the safety issues before renting it to another family; they did not compensate us. I tried to call the auto insurance listed on the registration; the insurance company seems to have gone out of business.
