Honesty as well as good work 1/20/2014

I thought I needed one of the more expensive maintenance visits but was told otherwise there. The service department could have easily done more than was needed and I wouldn't have been the wiser. more

Subpar Communication 12/5/2013

Advised to have tire change. Made app't several months later. Told on arrival that tires were not there and that I needed to alert dealership days before arrival. Made another app't to purchase tires and wheels aligned. After an hour after est installation time, told that alignment had not been done to unavailability of mechanic. Could have been told earlier. Explanation of terms for future maintenance were not clear even after requests for repeating info were made. more

My service adviser is always very helpful and attentive. Explain all work and get your approval before it is done. Explain potential charges before work is done. Clean, nice waiting room with wi-fi, coffee, tea, water, and snacks that are free. more

Customer Service 10/26/2013

From my 1st phone call for an appointment were they accomadated my schedule to the final pickup every phase made me feel like I was the important customer. I was treated with a smile and knowledgable staff answered all my questions. Every dealeship would be lucky to have a Daniel Cole my service advisor and the great service desk staff. This team made me feel confident my car was in good hands. Thanks for being my Hyundai dealership in Charlottesville. more

Exceptional service 9/10/2013

I had the best service experience I have ever had at Price Hyundai. Jeff, my service advisor, was the most helpful service advisor I have ever dealt with. He was thoughtful of my time and circumstances while my car was being serviced. I have had a lot of dealings with the service department of Price's competitor. Price service beat the competitor hands down. more
