NOT recommended 1/3/2011

I took a sick child in and they didn't take the temp. I wanted to understand why this wasn't done. I was told that if I wanted to question their doctor's judgement that I could go somewhere else. I think every parent has a right to be informed and ask questions. To dismiss it and tell a concerned parent to go elsewhere is completely unacceptable. Their business is already slim, and instead of helping me understand their practices, they opted to send me away. And on top of their rudeness and unprofessional behavior, they charge $100 for a yearly ""office fee"". I have never heard of this before. I DO NOT recommend this practice and am being generous by giving them 1 star. more

NOT recommended 1/3/2011

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know, or don't know for that matter. If you dare ask questions about their practices, simply to be informed, they become rude and unaccomodating. I asked to speak to a doctor and was told that the doctors don't have time to speak with me. They really could care less if they keep a patient or not. Interesting that they are willing to let a patient walk out the door. They have signs posted all over the office asking you to recommend them because their business is so slim. So slim in fact that they charge $100 as an ""office fee"" just for being a patient there. I am being generous by giving them 1 star. more
