Prevue Formal & Bridal

We found a dress for Prom and my daughter still wanted to look at other places, so they told us to put in on layaway and we could get a store credit for the deposit. I did the layaway and the next day my daughter decided she did not want the dress. I called PreVue and told them, and they said I still have to buy the dress and than I could change more

The store is very small but packed full of dresses. I always found that they are overpriced for the quality. more

I have to say that this store has tons of dresses, from bridal to prom dresses! BUT....they are way over priced! I've found some of the same dresses in other stores for half the price! Not sure why they charge so much....I wouldn't recommend this place to any of my friends. more

I bought the cutest bright pink senior prom dress from Prevue. It had spunk and I was very pleased. Noone at the prom had a dress like mine, which was very important to me. more

I ordered my wedding dress from Prevue. The employees were very helpful even when it was busy. My alterations were expensive but done well. I would shop at Prevue again for any formal attire! more

I bought my wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses there as did many of my freinds that got married. They are very knowledgeable and helpful, and they will match or beat prices from other stores. One tip for shopping there is you should go in the morning if you are looking for wedding attire. Even make an appointment. They get very busy on the weekends and evenings with high school proms and formals, which is not their fault and I felt they did the best they could, considering how busy it was. As far as alterations go, ALL bridal stores charge extra. The dresses are not made to your measurements. People should do a little research before they complain. Went into the store to try on dress the sales lady did nothing to help me find any dresses that I might of liked or might of looked good on me, and a dress that I found in 3 others stores was price double the price in their store!! They had ripped out all the tags and were using fake names for the dresses so that you cant find them anywhere else and find out your getting a horrible price from them!! Also she came barging into the room luckily I had just finished dresses and rudely grabbed the dress out of the dressing room claiming that she would hold it outside, in my opinion it was an attempt to make sure we didn't have too long to look at the tags and find out the name of the dress or to take any pictures of the dress which she made VERY clear before anyone asked her was a Rule in her store...in others words again trying to hide that they are a rip off!! Beware and Look some where else!!;) Pros: They have wedding dresses! Cons: They are a complete rip off and have HORRIBLE customer service! more

As a costumer who went to Prevue store twice - once for my bridesmaids dresses and more recently for a party dress, I can conclude that Costumer Service at Prevue is not a priority. Most dresses at the store are not protected, causing it to look old, with dirty spots and at times with holes, so be aware of that while shopping. Also, the prices are not too friendly and they have a no-return policy!\r As a conclusion, if you really want a dress that is not cheap, that might be defective and besides that,independent of how much you spend, you still are treated like trash... GO SHOP AT PREVUE!!! Pros: some beautiful dresses Cons: bad service, low care for their dresses and high price... more
