ordered pretzel bites with cinnamon and sugar. noticed i was charged .50 extra i asked about it, also asked where it says that on the menu board. the lady says it doesnt say it on board and that everyone knows about and that i should know about. really i should memorize the prices. VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE....DOUBLE CHECK YOU DONT GET CHARGED EXTRA FOR SOMETHING CAUSE THEY WONT TELL YOU AND THEN BLAME YOU FOR NOT KNOWING THE PRICES more

If you don't mind a little greasy snack when you are shopping, you will like the pretzel bites here. They come in a drinking cup and they are very filling and easy to dip and eat for kids. They also have great lemondade, too. They are located inside the Kitsap Mall next to Baskin Robbins Ice Cream and Gottshalks. more
