Steve Eilert is always making a visit to the shop a great experience. Steve makes us feel like family, and he turns what might otherwise be a pain in the neck task into a pleasant chore. You are lucky to have him. Unfortunately, we have also had to do business with Dominick on body work and he too has been terrific to work with. more

I just want to reiterate how accommodating this dealership is. This service visit was unannounced, had a problem driving to work and brought it to the dealership. I was in and out with a loaner car in 20 minutes which is service that can’t be beat! more

We were referred to Matt, who worked with us to find the right car and give us the best deal. We were then taken care of by Dave Donals to complete the sales, etc. We are now loyal Mercedes Benz customers and will remain loyal to Prestige. Eric LaBerge was so very helpful and helped work through the pricing and selection. This is my first Mercedes – GLK 350, and I’m really happy with it! Erik was so awesome quickly setting me up with my iPod connection so quickly with no trouble at all! Happy happy customer here! more
