Four shirts. Two were dry-clean only. One was no iron. All clearly marked on the tags. All four shirts were simply laundered when they were dropped off at Prestige Cleaners. Two of these expensive shirts were damage because of this carelessness. They did offer to try to ""repair"" the damage by dry-cleaning them correctly this time, but why bother? more

In my 20 years of doing business with Prestige Cleaners, I have never had a problem that was their fault. Once, I told them to dry clean the 8 shirts I took in, and was surprised at the bill. I meant for them to be laundered, but, hey, that was my fault, not theirs. Pros: Always professional and well priced more

I have been a Prestige Cleaner customer for several years. I was intending on writing them a thank you letter, but I thought I would just share it here instead. Last month I took in a robe in that my husband bought me about a year ago. It was about $90 and I took good care of it, but it had 5 large holes along the seam and they were raveling really badly. Apparently my robe isn?t the first that has done this, and the company that made it isn?t fixing them. I took it to Prestige to see if there was anything they could do. I spoke with the alteration lady and she very clearly explained that it would be more to fix them, because of the type of material. I thought $4.00 a hole was fair. Honestly, I didn?t think it would turn out well. I would have been happy if she just sewed it up and kept it from unraveling any farther. I couldn?t believe my eyes when I got home. It looks brand new!!! It was worth the $20. Thank you to the wonderful alteration lady at Gettysvue. more

I've used Prestige Cleaners for more than fifteen years, and although they - like most businesses - will occasionally do something incorrectly with my laundry or dry cleaning, they have always been willing to resolve the problem to my satisfaction. I have never - repeat, NEVER - had an experience like the one described by an earlier reviewer on this site. Because I travel around the community in my business, I have used several of the firm's locations, and consistent customer service is one of their trademarks. In today's world of ""fast"" everything, impersonal service has become the norm in many industries. I have found that Mr. Mannis and his employees have bucked the trend by maintaining a high degree of quality in their garment care business and in their approach to the customers. more

If you want to spend $347.00 on 2 loads of laundry, then this is the spot! I took in about 2 bags of laundry, mostly sheets, towels, pajama bottoms, t-shirts, and scrubs and asked them to ""launder"", not ""dry clean"" my items. I was shocked to get the bill of, once again, $347.00! And kudos to them, when they do something wrong they really do it wrong. I was overcharged on my sheets; they listed my queen sheet set as a king sheet set and my full sheet set as a queen sheet set; but hey, what's $10 more dollars when you've already made an ungodly amount off an unsuspecting customer. Also, their ""dry-cleaned"" items were not even pressed well. Thanks again Prestige!! You freakin rock! They need to be upfront about pricing and do what you ask them to do. I thought I was getting laundry, paid by the pound, their price listed as $2.80, and instead, every item was dry-cleaned. I'm seriously thinking of sueing. Do not go here!!! They are the devil, although very polite and well-dressed. Well, polite until you call to question them. Then it's tight-lip city. P.S.
