If you want to spend $347.00 on 2 loads of laundry, then this is the spot! I took in about 2 bags of laundry, mostly sheets, towels, pajama bottoms, t-shirts, and scrubs and asked them to ""launder"", not ""dry clean"" my items. I was shocked to get the bill of, once again, $347.00! And kudos to them, when they do something wrong they really do it wrong. I was overcharged on my sheets; they listed my queen sheet set as a king sheet set and my full sheet set as a queen sheet set; but hey, what's $10 more dollars when you've already made an ungodly amount off an unsuspecting customer. Also, their ""dry-cleaned"" items were not even pressed well. Thanks again Prestige!! You freakin rock! They need to be upfront about pricing and do what you ask them to do. I thought I was getting laundry, paid by the pound, their price listed as $2.80, and instead, every item was dry-cleaned. I'm seriously thinking of sueing. Do not go here!!! They are the devil, although very polite and well-dressed. Well, polite until you call to question them. Then it's tight-lip city. P.S. I went to the one on Merchants but i'm sure the practice is the same everywhere.
Cons: PRICE, NOT UP FRONT ABOUT ANYTHING, DO NOT DO WHAT YOU ASK--THEY DO WHAT IS MOST EXPENSIVE
