run a Land Rover repair facility in Las Vegas, NV, and was on the hunt for a headlamp assembly for an '05 Range Rover. Found Prestige Salvage online, called & spoke with Lawrence who claimed that he had one, in stock, and in perfect condition. Faxed Lawrence over payment end of the day on the 9th and was expected to be charged on the 10th (which was a Thursday). On Monday, the 14th, I saw the paymet post on the company credit card. By the 16th, we still had not seen this headlamp assembly (being that Pacoima is about a 4 hour drive from here, it should have only taken apprx. 2 days even with ground shipping. By the 16th I was concerned and contacted Lawrence, who assured me that the headlamp assembly went out, but could not give me a tracking number... this was apprx. 11am. For the rest of the day, I was given the run around by Lawrence, who at the end of the day gave me a false tracking number because he still wouldn't admit to being a lier.\r

These people are crooks. I have no other word for it. They took they money without having the part available, and didn't have the guts to just say that they didn't have it. Tho they seemingly refunded the money, the whole transaction was fraudlent, and I will now watch the company account to make sure no other fraudulent activity accurs with it.
