The headline says all! I am not surprised to read all of the other reviews on this site or other sites. This company became our condominium property management company when our contract was sold to them. From June 2011-December 2011 I received inaccurate monthly statements despite the fact that I had paid on time or in advance (and of course late fees were added.) This company asked every month for my cancelled checks, and they still could not send me a statement with the proper balance. Every month for the first 3 months I contacted them to find out why I continued to receive bills for HOA dues I had already paid, and I always received the same response: we'll correct it next month. Finally that month came in October. Unfortunately it only lasted one month because my next incorrect statement came in November and another in December. I finally had to go to my HOA board and insist that this company stop harassing me. All late fees were reversed because it is against the law to charge people late fees when checks are received on time. (You would think this would be obvious.) Trying explaining that to these simple minded people was simply exhausting. In my opinion customer service and working with people is not their moto! There are so many great property management companies out there.... shop around more

WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY IN SAN DIEGO. I lived in my house for almost 5 year, Presidio took over management last May and it has been a nightmare ever since. I would avoid this company at all costs. I moved out of my house because dealing with them became too stressful! Tenants and property owners beware!!! They lost 3 months worth of rent checks. They had us leave for 4 days to do repairs, upon returning only 1/2 the work was completed. there were holes on the outside of my house from incomplete work. They ripped out a beautiful built in in the bathroom only to replace it with some garbage that looks like it was scavenged from an alley, it didn't even have a real counter top on it, they glued on a piece of flooring!!! Yes for real! (I wonder how much they charged the poor property owner for the piece of garbage?) There is nasty flaking chipping pain on the outside of the house that they told me would get fixed, it's still there. Oh and they managed to loose my house keys after inspecting the property... When I called them to discuss all the incomplete work the person who called me back screamed at me over and over that ""ALL WORK IS COMPLETE"". Only it really isn't It's been. Oh and did i mention that they raised my rent?!?! Yeah, I live there for almost 5 years, never paid late once in the entire time and they raise my rent after all these horrible mistakes. more

I have rented my apartment for the past few years. There has been a couple of management company services that I have had to deal with in this time. Some have not done a very good job at returning phone calls and keeping on top of things. This company, Presidio Real Estate took over as landlord a few months ago. I thought ""here we go again"" and I was thinking about moving to avoid the problems. I called them to give notice. I spoke to Felix and then to Lydia. I told them about my problems and about some of the little problems in my small complex and in my unit. They had a handyman out the next day to fix little things in my unit. About a month later they somehow got a loud tenant that I told them about to move-out. I guess I don't have to move. I am happy things seem to me under control. more

I would advise against choosing Presidio Real Estate as your property manager or as your landlord. I have rented from Presidio for about 3 months now. While I am pleased with the condition of our condo, I am very dissatisfied with the quality of services I have received from the rental office, particularly from Felix. When he showed us our apartment, I asked what the square footage was and he said, ""I don't know. Maybe 700?"" I looked it up online--593. He failed to give us our gate keys until 2 weeks after we had moved in (and told us he ""kept forgetting). He gave us our mailbox key, but told us he couldn't find the mailbox #. He told us he didn't know how to find it out and that we should call the post office. (I ended up walking to the office in our neighborhood, which is unaffiliated with Presidio, and they told me immediately.) Felix also gave us the wrong parking spot numbers, then ""resolved"" the issue with the homeowner's association. No, we still had the wrong spots and, again, I asked the neighborhood office and got the answer. Most recently, I am unable to get maintenence issues resolved. I had a plumbing leak and called the emergency maintenence # and had to leave a message. I'm sure the homeowner of the property would not appreciate that their property manager didn't take care of it immediately, because it discolored part of the kitchen cabinets. Then, I had a small maintenence request. I put it in over 3 weeks ago, and never heard back. I tried again 1.5 weeks ago and actually talked to a person, and still never heard back. I went to the office the other day and was told that they ""weren't sure"" why no one had come out. Today, I called the office to check on the status and was told ""We gave it to a maintenence man and he should have called you. He didn't call you?"" This is ridiculous. Overall, I would highly encourage you to rent somewhere else or to find someone else to manage your property. more
