Never use again 9/28/2011

I will never use this company again. While booking the bus and the process leading up to my wedding day was great. The people were easy to work with and everything was fine. The day of my wedding the bus showed up on time which was good. I had the bus for a 3 hour period. 50 minutes before my time was up one of my ushers received a call from his wife. She said she was with the limo driver and he was asking if he could leave. I told him no because we were going to get back on the bus. The limo driver then proceeded to go into my reception and ask two of my guest to help him unload the bus because he had to go to his next appointment. They did not know they were not supposed to do this so they did. It took them I am sure a good while to get all of our stuff off as 35 people were on the bus with all their belongings. We lost my camera and many other important things during this ""hurry get off the bus"" time. I called when I got back from my honeymoon to complain and let them know what had happened. The owner told me the bus did not start moving until 13 minutes before it was supposed to leave according to his GPS. Which I proceeded to tell him that is when the bus moved but he was getting stuff off the bus well before that. After we discussed this for awhile the owner started to get SUPER mad! He told me he would refund me the 13 minutes if that got me out of his life and he on multiple occasions told me what I was saying was ""bulls@#$"" he was so mad he hung up on me. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The owner has some anger problems and in result I was yelled at for it. more

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Presidential demo but I had hired them to be the show the transportation for my wedding and my wedding party and they took care of everything, every little detail. The driver was extremely friendly extremely helpful went above and beyond the owner of the company been making plans went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anybody for any type of of that whatsoever. I mean, if you're looking for truly Customer Service Focused company. This is is the company to use. more

I was very, very impressed with the service we got last year and especially our driver. I do not recall his name but he was wonderful. We had rented a bus the year before this from Absolute Perfect Touch and we thought your company offered service that was ten times better. Your company was also able to accommodate us on a short notice, even in the middle of prom season. more

Their service was better then great. The limo was clean. The driver was professional was early. He took me everywhere I wanted to go. He had a lot of knowledge about the city. I ride in limos a lot and this was the absolute best one. I would like others to know about this company. more

We just wanted to drop you a line to say how much we appreciate your help in getting our stuff back to Indianapolis after of Convention in St. Louis. You have no idea how relaxing it was to ride with you instead of having to fight with the airlines. Everyone had a great time, and you were such a good sport about making stops for us. Your (and your staff, especially Paula) professionalism during the entire process - from obtaining the quote and selecting the vehicle to the transfer itself - put my mind at ease at a extremely stressful time.
