Edwin at Presidential called 20 minutes before his scheduled arrival time and I was ready to go. This is my my 3rd time using Presidential and as always they're professional, courteous, on time and clean. Edwin made sure my ride was comfortable and showed me where the back seat controls for air conditioning and the radio were. He was extremely polite opening the door for me upon departure and arrival at my destination. Presidential has always exceeded my expectations and I love recommending them to friends and family. This is a wonderful service. more

Wow, presidential indeed! We hired Presidential Limo to take us from our wedding to our hotel, and were glad we did. Our driver, Tommy, was early and took great care of us! We got complimentary champagne and bottled water when we left, and we could not complain one bit! more

When I thought no other Taxi service would pick us up at 1:00am on a Friday night after just getting into town, Presidential Limousine came through at not only an affordable price, but in a stretch Cadillac Escalade with water bottles for everyone. Their driver was incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional and got us there without a hitch. Ended up being one of the best Vegas trips I've ever had, and without a doubt Presidential Limousine played a big part in that! more

The best, I will use this service every time, when I got off the plane Sarah was already there waiting, she was very nice and friendly, I don't remember the guys name that picked me up but he was supper nice, after 3 days of partying I was so exhausted and dehydrated he made my drive to the airport very comfortable, he blasted the AC and gave me water, I think he noticed I had a rough weekend, lol it was a very pleasant ride, Thanks for everything. more

When we have conventions or clients in Vegas, these are the guys I go to. The customer service and booking is top notch and while I personally only set up the reservations clients and employers have always said that the drivers are on time and courteous and the limos very clean. more
