My dog loves the staff at preppy pets! more

I give them a zero rating because. Used this facility for my 3 dogs. upon returning my 3 dogs were hacking. I attributed it to barking. two days later my little one was so sick he was hacking and gagging and throwing up non stop for hours. They all had kennel cough. I called immediately to report this and they used every excuse in the book stating they received several calls regarding the customers and their dogs with kennel cough but they disinfect and thought it was taken care of. I suggested for the safety of all animals they need to mention that they have and had cases of kennel cough as well as quarantine the place. They refused. Knowing they have a severe case of it in their facility. To go further I requested my animals be given a bath with dawn and supplied my own as well as not to use any type of perfume or cologne only the dawn. They disregarded my wishes as well as not even knowing the date we will be returning. I witnessed one of the owners push the little dog down because he was jumping and excited to see us. You can not watch them on a cam like advertised. (What else are they hiding.) For the health and safety of your animal look into another facility. This one is irresponsible and not a good mix if you want your dog healthy. more

I have used their services on 2 accounts and the first time my dog came home with a bad case of Kennel Cough and I didn't think too much of it. The second time both of my dogs were picked up with really bad cases of KENNEL COUGH. I questioned it and the place has every excuse in the book. I would suggest anyone who considers this place to do their homework and proceed with extreme caution. I worked at preppy pet suites, Its a trebbile place to take your dog. I'm aboustly an animal lover that loves to be with dogs and to give and previde them with great care. I'd advise to take your pet somewhere else! and when you do make sure you know where your pet is staying and that they are really provided with care and attention.!!! Because the truth behind closed doors is ugly, Id think twice about where you take your pet to be boarded because really they are not being treated very well I don't speak for all dog kennals but, as far as Preppy Pet the aniamls don't get any attention and forget about taking your dog to DayCare because there not good at providing any love or attention to the animals. I'm only writing a rewiew because, I love my animals very much and there my life and this is my opption. more

We've been going to Preppy Pets for almost 3 years. The facilities are always very clean and well maintained. Our dogs are always excited when they get to visit the staff and come home happy and looking great after grooming and boarding. The staff is always helpful and seem to genuinely care about our boys. more

I travel alot due to business and never have to worry about my dogs at Preppy Pet. They love it and can't wait to get in and play. I also use the grooming for both dogs before I pick them up. Always excellent service and happy dogs! more

i take my dog here when he needs to be groomed or boarded.the staff is friendly and great with my dog,he always comes out happy and looking good. more

Hired them for daycare due to my dog pacing due to separation anxiety. They did not follow instructions for his care and let him continue to pace thereby causing himself injury. Also had a nose injury while in their care. They would not refund my money (I paid in advance for 25 daycare days) when I asked for the last 4 days that was owed to me. I had to take my dog to the vet 3 times because of their ill management of my dog. Am currently pursuing legal avenue to get my money refunded. Not a nice place to take your dog. Very noisy, they do not answer phone calls, and they do not know how to manage dogs on a leash (they let the dog drag them instead of issuing commands). more
