They miss lead parking fees so you don't understand the cost. I was booted for being a few minutes late. I thought I had until 7:00pm because the sign read 9:00am till 7:00pm for $7.00. We paid $10.00 and was gone just a few Minutes over 4 hours. I paid $90 for boot removal. more

Watch out for these guys. 1/14/2012

I have a brad new truck that these jerks have neglected. They did about 4,000.00 in damages to my truck, and now they don't want to pay for it. If you're a contract parker they give you a bogus ticket stating ""not a cash ticket"" and that they aren't liable for theft, or damages to the vehicle in order to protect the owner. Stay away from this shady company who has nothing but thugs working in the 817 Common St garage. Jammal is the worst of them all. He was no help more

what a rip-off 7/19/2009

Have parked here numerous times over the years, but now they've really priced themselves out of the market at the Iberville St. location. Tonight, my husband and I went to Dickies seafood for dinner and parked at Premium for about 2 hrs. The charges was $12 to pick up our car since they've now added a $3 surcharge for all SUVs regardless of size. Ridiculous when one considers that you can park further down the street for $8 for 2 hrs., which we'll be doing in the future for sure. Why do so many parking establishments try to take advantage of people in New Orleans since Katrina? more
