Bait and switch masters - would not use again. 7/11/2011

We had just 2 days until our event. With an accurate description of the job, we were give a verbal quote for a job price. The employee showed up (1 day before the event) and the price suddenly jumped 10%. The employee did not dispute the accuracy of the job scope. He just wanted an extra $30. We had no time to get another quote and had to pay the extortion money. I would not use again - there has to be carpet cleaning companies with higher morals and ethics than Premium Carpet in the Fort Collins area. more
