Purchased a dishwasher 12/11. It took about 5 weeks to get it and it wasnt even the one we purchased. It is now leaking (not sure how long its been leaking) and the water has been spreading under our pergo kitchen floor which is now completely ruined. So we have a broken dishwasher and a ruined kitchen floor. Not worth buying from this store. more

Selling broken appliances & won't honor warrenty 8/17/2011

Check the BBB before you buy from them. We didn't & it was a huge mistake. We purchased a fridge on 5/16/11 and it didn't work from the moment we plugged it in. We were told that 'everything works"" on it when we bought it. We have been waiting and promised since that date that they will repair the fridge but have not. Just been given runaround. No model # on fridge so we can't get service with any other dealer since they think it's stolen without the model #. Buyer beware, stay away unless you have lots of time to be aggravated and lied to. more

Bought a dishwasher from that guy. It broke with in a week. Called them up to tell them i would bring it back for a repair. I still had the invoice. The invoice has printed on it 1yr warranty. All the sudden there is no warranty for this appliance. When i purchased it the guy said make sure you keep the invoice for the warranty. So now i have a broken dishwasher in my kitchen! more

My washer broke unexpectedly and I was in dire need to get a new one but didn't have a lot of money to spend. A friend recommended I go here and I AM GLAD THEY DID!! This was the most painless appliance-buying experience I have ever had! The whole process took less than 15 minutes. There was no pressure. No one tried to talk me into getting something that I really didn't want or need. I ended up getting a new washer for $250 (including a one year warranty). We picked it up ourselves and he even told us he would take our old washer so we wouldn't have to mess with taking it somewhere else! Pros: NO Pressure/ GREAT prices Cons: Not a ""fancy"" showplace (but who cares) more

I recently purchased a Refrigerator, stove, and microwave. I got a super deal. I paid ahead of time and received the merchandise before expected. They delivered and set up all. They also hauled away my old appliances. I would highly recomend these guys to anyone!!!!! Pros: Cheap prices on new appliances more

I had a similar situation to the scammers review on 8/26/09 only we waited much longer. I would never deal with them again. Also, the stove we got turned out to have a very small gas leak from the shoddy assembly job. I should have know right away not to deal with anyone who says they will knock off the tax if I pay cash. Pros: cheap Cons: appliances not assembled solidly more

Great Place to Purchase Appliances 10/2/2009

I am a single woman and I had no probles with either Mike W or Mike G. They were very helpfull and made sure I was happy with the appliances. I bought a full kitchen and yes I had to wait but that was because I wanted the dents to be hidden. They are scratch and dent store and the prices are very good. My Parent, Brothers and Sister all buy their appliances there and have never had a problem. I will continue to send my friend there. Pros: Prices are better than you would get anywhere more

Quality Appliances 9/2/2008

The products I purchased were front loading washers and dryers by LG. The prices are absolutly amazing, however the waiting period can be very inconvienent. I am still waiting 4 months later for my pedistals for my washer and dryer. Not to mention it took almost 3 weeks to get my washer and then another 2 after than to get my dryer. Prices GOOD. Waiting BAD!!! more
