I used a coupon for 50% off, and the stylist there was unbelievably rude! She cut and colored my hair, and then rudely said she didn't have time to style it. I would have paid ext...

Ranae gave me the first haircut I've had in a long, long time that I was *excited* about - she really listened to what I wanted and then translated that to what my hair would do. I love the scalp massage too and the great products, but mostly I love Ranae! more

My "go to" place for years... 11/23/2011

I have been visiting Premiere Salon for six years and have had a great experience every time. I go there for trims and cuts, and they've fixed problems for me after I've gotten a wild hair (pun intended) and caused damage or undesirable colors. I've been very pleased in each instance. When it comes to my hair, paying the extra to go to a salon that knows what they're doing is worth the investment. I have my favorite stylists, but everyone is top knotch. This place is awesome. more

The only place I go! 11/19/2011

I love Premiere Salon and Spa! Not only do I have complete trust in my stylist Lindsey, but I trust that I will be treated with the utmost care by every staff member I meet. It is apparent when you step into the salon that this is a family of professionals that enjoy each other and work well as a team. There is a real commaradarie that can be felt. The products are also Aveda, so there is no worry about toxic chemicals that can hurt you. I recommend Premiere to all of my friends. more

New Look / New Do... 11/16/2011

My daughters and I went into the shop a couple of weeks ago for a consultation, scheduled an appointment on November 12 for a cut, color and highlights with Chelsea.back to work on Monday. I've gotten so many complements on my new look. I love it so much!!! Thank you Chelsea!!! more

I have been loving my experience at Premiere Salon and Spa for quite a few years. My hairstylist, Chelsea, is perfect for me. She always listens to my requests and does a fantastic job. In a way, I don't want to say too many great things about her because it might increase her popularity, and then I might not be able to get an appointment with her!! Actually, what I do, is book 2 months ahead so that I never have to worry. I love going to Premiere and do not want to go anywhere else! more

Great hair cut 11/4/2011

I recently relocated to the Olympic Peninsula area, and I work in Olympia. I had been getting my haircut from the same person in Tacoma for over 6 years. Even after my move I tried to continue with her. The 2 hour drive got to be too much so very reluctantly, I searched for a new stylest. Chelsea has exceeded my expecations and she has a fun personality too! She is also great with long hair! The salon is clean and the location is great for me. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because sometimes reception is a little slow. It may be my fault I feel this way because I always seem to be in a hurry lately. more

Curly Haired Girls need Renae 10/24/2011

I have long, thick naturally curly hair. Renae recently colored my hair in the "Ombre" style. She did a fabulous job and didn't stop until it was exactly right, despite the extra time it took. She knows exactly how to cut my naturally curly hair-something many stylists say they know, but don't. Go to Renae if you have curls and want them to look good! more

Best Part of My Day 10/15/2011

I had a very hectic and stressful morning at work but knew I had my haircut with Jory in the afternoon to look forward to. As always, when I got to the Salon I was warmly greeted when I came in and offered a nice cup of relaxing tea. Jory then took my shaggy head and, after massaging the stress from my head and neck, gave me a haircut that made me feel beautiful again. I left the Salon relaxed, stress free and feeling pretty. Thank you for making my day. more

Shampoo and touching up my roots, plus a chin and lip wax 10/3/2011

I received a reminder call and when I arrived, I was met with a pleasant greeting and an offer of coffee, tea or water. Within a minute or two my stylist was ready with a smile, listened to me and took attentive care of me while not being overly talkative. I felt like I received polite and professional treatment and left feeling great! I'll be back for sure. It is more expensive than many of my acquaintances will pay, which is the only downside to recommending Premiere Salon. more

Have always been happy w/ brow waxing service 9/23/2011

Friendly receptionist recognizes me even though I only go there every 2-4 months. Brow waxing always meets my expectations; they can accommodate my request to use the "hard" wax so I won't break out. more
