As a homeowner of a new home, our renters seem to be breaking everything there, and then we have to replace the items. We have been given no input, just a bill for what they decide they will charge us. No representation for us whatsoever. As soon as the lease is up, the house is going up for sale instead of dealing with these renters or this (lack of) management company. more

Rude, childish, unprofessional, completely disgusting attitudes. Rented from them for slightly over a year and made the decision to move based SOLELY on bad experiences with ""management."" Problems were not solved, I was consistently talked down to, on one occasion was told that one of the interior doors being removed and then a month later STILL not replaced (after being told it would be fixed in a week) was ""not a priority"" to them and that I was ""free to write a complaint"" if I had a problem with that. Had several smoke detectors that would go off for no reason at all hours, on top of being unpleasant to wake up to several times a week it was an obvious safety hazzard - called for somebody to check on or replace the dectectors and got, ""Well are you cooking something? I don't know then. Check the batteries."" Nobody came out to figure out why our smoke detectors were blaring for no reason (and no, the stove wasn't on fire when I called them). The idea that they ""manage"" anything is a complete joke. I only had two or three VERY minor issues in the entire time I rented from them and they acted as though I were bothering them or interrupting something more important every time I called. If I needed something taken care of, weeks would pass without hearing from them after being told they'd call me back, and if I mentioned that nobody was dealing with it I'd get ""You can't expect us to return every single phone call we get, we'd do nothing but make phonecalls all day."" Uh, isn't that your JOB? These women are all haggard, surly and unprofessional in appearance, the way they speak and conduct themselves is pathetic, childish and completely inappropriate, they very obviously have no real property management or maintanance experience... So save yourself some money and stress and STAY AWAY from premiere properties. I wish I had read some of these reviews before signing a lease, because everybody else seems to have had the exact same terrible experience. more

My housemate and I are moving from Portland OR area to Spokane WA. We found some properties managed by Premire Property Svc that we were interested in. When I phoned to schdule an appointment on a Thurrsday (Feb 2nd) I explained we would make the 6.5 hour drive from the Portland area on the following Monday and would like to view 3 or 4 properties we were interested in the following Tue Feb 7th). This is a 5 day notice. The woman (Leeann) explained that her agent was all ""booked up"" for that day - even though we were driving over 350 miles to look at properties. When I exclaimed ""I guess we won't be renting any properties from you then"" Leann said ""Quess Not."" This was after nobody was answering the phone yesterday morning. Keep away from this place. If this is how they treat prospective customers imagine how they treat people who have actually rented from them. WE count ourselves lucky we did not fall into their clutches. And we found out they are NOT BBB listed. If I was a property owner I'd look elsewhere for an agent. Wish they had a Negitive Star Rating for these jokers. more

My housemate and I were very unfortunate to rent from this company. They never gave us a straight answer on anything. They never fixed anything, we seriously had to ""bother"" them repeatedly to get anything done. We had to replace the locks on the doors after a break in, and they refused to reimburse us for the cost. We had a bug problem and I called them to have the house fumigated and they simply suggested we try bug traps and tried to talk me out of them hiring a professional. After a month of calling them, they finally sent out an exterminator, but the guy they ended up sending wasn't even a pro. Anytime you call them they act like your problem is a ""hassle"" to them, and are almost always rude. Anytime they actually did send someone to do repairs, you could tell this rental co. is cheap and likes to save money by sending sub-par contractors. Bottom line, this co. is unprofessional, rude, cheap, and has no clue how to ""manage"" anything. I also firmly believe that any positive review for this co. was more than likely written by the company themselves. I have had several different rental companies throughout my life-time but this is by far the worst rental company I have ever had. I normally don't write reviews and its been a few months since I moved out, but this company was so bad I actually remembered to write a ""bad review"". Oh, also after reading someone else's review about ""bad owner good rental service""...this tenant was clearly lied to or mislead by the rental co. The rental co. tried blaming stuff on the homeowner also about why rent was increased etc. But what the rental co. didn't know, was I was in contact with the homeowner and knew they were lying to me. Very deplorable. Stay away. more

Premiere Property Management has managed my rental property for many years. They have proficiently taken care of the physical property, competently managed renters and accurately tracked the finances. They have been proactive in maintenance and done a great job with reasonably quick turn over?s. I appreciate their thorough screening of prospective tenants and detailed rental contracts. I trust Premiere to manage my real estate investment through the good and bad rental markets. I would strongly recommend Premiere. I believe this anonymous person owned the house I rented from Premiere. This is not the true story. He promised us rent back if we moved out early so he could sell the house. We saw no money. The only trouble we had with Premiere were delays when they could not contact the owner. I'd rent from them again - not from the owner who said he was our friend.
