Best Rental Company I Have Ever Used 10/3/2010

My husband and I entertain frequently and hold several events per year. We have tried several rental companies over the years. Some have been competent, some not, but none hold a candle to Premiere Party Rents. I discovered them after attending a function that they organized. It was so well done, that I made sure to find out what rental company it was. I have used them a for all of my events since and have never been disappointed. In fact, they take the stress out of planning an event - helping me design and plan the decor, contributing unique and interesting ideas. I have complete confidence in Premiere Party Rents and will continue to use them in the future. more

Highly recommended 10/3/2010

We just had our wedding two weeks ago, and I highly recommend Premier Party Rents! We did not hire a wedding planner (which means we didn't know what we were doing most of the time!), and the owner, Sandy, was always patient with all my questions, and always helpful with all aspects of the wedding -- like where to order ice delivery (which saved me $150) One might think that choosing linen and napkins are easy tasks, but I found it to be very stressful process because I really couldn't be sure how everything would come together with centerpiece, candles, etc. I went in to the store twice, and Sandy pulled out a table each time, and brought out different color linens and napkins and helped me figure out the right combination. She even gave me swatches to share with my florist, and called me personally to confirm everything a couple of days before the wedding. And ... I absolutely love the results on my wedding day! Planning a wedding is (hopefully!) a once a lifetime thing, and I am so fortunate to have had Premiere Party Rent take care of my event for me. Thank you Sandy! more

The most proficient rental company I have ever worked with 7/18/2010

I have worked with Premiere Party Rents for the last 10 years in the implementation of all of the special events within the company. They have always demonstrated professionalism, creativity and the most cost effective ways to execute an event. When there were times that I needed things in the last minute they were always delivered and executed in a very timely fashion. I have worked with many rental companies in the past and Premiere Party Rents continuously delivers. I have never been let down. The staff are extremely efficient, courteous, generous with their time and extremely professional. Not only do I use them for my company's needs but I use them for my own personal needs. Best Party Rental 7/18/2010

I rented from this company for my sisters baby shower. I have to say they made everything so easy for me. The employees were wonderful and very helpful. They were punctual and very professional. I had an opportunity to speak with the owner while her people were setting up and she was just the nicest, she made sure I had everything I needed, and that nothing was left undone. Everyone at the party commented on how great everything looked, and how beautifully everything was set up. I will definitely use this company again, and won't even hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends for future parties. Pros: Owner and Employees are WONDERFUL more

Never Again 5/16/2010

I have given this company multiple chances to redeem themselves, but I am officially done. Not only is the staff rude and seems obviously unhappy to be there (reminds me of going to the DMV), I have had issues EVERY TIME I order from them. They don't update their prices on their website even though I mentioned it to them twice, the quality of their products are not well kept.
