I totally agree with the first review... stay away! The new doctor (Dr.Jones) has horrible customer service etiquette. Not only that, I left a message for the PA to give me a call back. A week or so had passed, and still no return call. I will definitely go elsewhere for all of my future needs. more

This was my first visit to the office and overall it was a good experience and I will return. I visited the Lilburn office which was beautiful and the front desk staff was pleasant. I was told in advance that the appointment would be with the physicians assistant...so I expected this. The down side was that I still waited an hour. Once seen the PA was helpful and provided me with samples when I explained that cost might be an issue with some of the prescriptions. I would like to meet Dr. Boutte so I scheduled my follow-up appt with her. I was directed the the MedSpa for the rest of my prescription. I was greeted by Angela, one of the aestheticians and she did a wonderful job of walking me thru their products/services. Although, the office was busy not once did I feel rushed. I received my prescription and look forward to scheduling a skin treatment. more

Contrary to Destiny 526's experience, my experience with Dr. Windell Boutte and her staff was excellent. more

Dr. Wendell C. Davis-Boutte took advantage of me and took me for $4,800.00 in hopes of getting repeat business instead of doing a good job to get repeat business. Firstly, she only gave me a 6 months Financing and would not give me a definitive answer until a week later. I was trying to get at least 1 year same as cash. She and her finance person charged my account the next day for a surgery that I was not scheduled to have for 3 weeks. Anything could have happened between now and then and she would have be paid and I could have been gone. They would not even talk to me until a week later, I threaten to get my money back and then she finally told me they would not be able to honor the 12 monts same as cash. He workers are jealous of nice looking attractive black women who could afford the surgery on her on as in my case and I am sure if I was not single, they would have still treated me so unprofessionally. They were all in my business and discussing me with everyone else in the office that where not involved in my case. Lastly, I was Dr. Boutte's 1st surgery for the day @ 11am, she showed up at 1:30pm and still did not come straight up to the surgery room, she stopped downstairs in her offce to make some emergency phone calls. When she finally got up to the surgery room 1 hour and 45 minutes later, she told me that she had to make some calls to her suppliers. I was scheduled for 3.5 hour block and paid for 4 separate areas of liposuction. She performed the so called surgery in 1 hour and 15 minutes. My upper and lower abdomen, flanks, and upper back do not look 5 percent better than before surgery. I will have to get the surgery redone at another facility, because it was obvious that she just took advantage of me and I do not trust someone like that putting another needle or knife to me. I am still paying for liposuction, that no one would ever believe I had. I am writing this to help you sisters out there that they may be jealous of. Do no waste your money. They were unprofessional and triffling. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! You get what you pay for. more
