In my experience, Valenti Toyota in Westerly is far superior. If you value your hard-earned money and customer service, PREMIER TOYOTA OF NEWPORT is the WORST. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! Terrible Experience 2/25/2011

These guys are absolutely awful. Pretended to be all nice up-front, but once I needed something they got nasty really fast. When I talked to the manager, he accused me of lying even as he contradicted himself! DO NOT GO! Don't let this kind of practice continue! more
