After 9 years with a another monitoring service, we needed to update our system that was damaged in a storm. We asked our family and friends for recommendations.Premier Security was highly recommended for their response time and value. Pricing was much lower than our previous company's repair charges. The technician that came out replaced everything that was needed professionally, on time and he took the extra time to answer all of our questions! Excellent sales and installation staff. Highly recommend this company. We have been happy customers for six months now. more

Great job Premier security! 10/28/2009

I chose Premier Security based off the intial call in to the company. The lady that answered the phone took alot of time as I was frustrated with my old home security company. The previous security company was not even recieving calls when my alarm went off and wanted $120 hourly to come out and service my system. Premier Security sent out a technician who fixed the problem in five minutes. Somehow the security system got disconnected when I changed my home telephone company. Premier Security's monitoring rate is MUCH lower than what I was paying per month. Very satisfied, Thank you Premier! more
