This company was a God send! They made the whole process easy and answered any questions I had. (and believe me, I had a ton of questions!) Will was wonderful and when my husband got there to pick up the camper, the whole process went as smooth as possible! Thank you all at PRVS for everything you did! Although your application had initially been approved, you had not signed ANY contract with us. (Our agreement is that after an initial deposit is received, the remaining fee is due at the day of signing.) We regretfully decided to terminate the application process because it was becoming apparent that you did not have the funds needed at signing that you had assured to us you would have in place to complete the deal. We even extended the timeframe for you. All monies that you had deposited to us were returned promptly and the airfares that you had booked, you let us know had been refunded. more

I made a deal with this company and put over $6,400 cash down as a deposit on their brokers fee. They refused to keep the deal that I had made them and said that their salesman didn't have the authority to make that type of a deal with me. Mike and Ken both claimed to be the owner but the salesman Will is married to the book keeper/accountant Tracy and her Linkin page says that she is the owner/manager. This company is full of lies and scammed me. Not only did I fork out money for plane tickets, hotels, kennels, RV park applications and gas but today they said that they would only pay me back $4,500 of the $6,400 that I put down in CASH on the RV. I guess my first clue should have been not to do business with a company that doesn't accept credit cards. I'm a single parent and how sad that this company has to rip off people like me. I really trusted this company, they seem like nice people at first. I guess I was naive and you never think it could happen to you. Pros: They have slick salesmen that seem caring and nice. Cons: They only care about getting your money from you. more
