\r I have to say this was one of the easiest companies to deal with from start to finish. Let me start off by saying I was not the least bit excited to call someone about a “rat” issue, but I was immediately impressed with the enthusiasm this company has. The lady in the office was very chipper and eager to get my problem dealt with. The inspector met me at my house the same day I called in, gave me an estimate and the work was performed the very next day. \r \r I called 1 week ago today, and my “rat” problem is GONE! I even got a 1 year warranty should these little varmits return. Overall I am so completely satisfied and would recommend doing business with this company!\r more

I hired this company in August due to rodents in my attic. Yes, they were able to come out the very next day after I called, to get the contract signed and their $$ up front, which was $600!! So far they have been out 4 times, and each time I have to wait about a week for an appointment. Each time, they claim to have sealed another new entry point they have found. I am not an exterminator, but It seems that all these holes should have been found the first couple times they came out. more

I recently used Premier when I started to hear things going bump in the night. They were able to come out the same day to inspect my home and give me an evaluation of my problem. I am terrified by rats and mice so learning that I had them freaked me out. Premier inspected my home, did the necessary work, and even trapped and removed two rats within the week. I am happy to say that I am now rodent free and the process couldn?t have been easier!! Pros: customer service was amazing more

After months of dealing with 2 other companies PREMIER TO MY RESCUE. I was skeptical to hire a 3rd company but so glad I found these people. The office staff was so nice and seemed to really understand my problem. They fit me into their schedule the SAME DAY and my problem was solved within 3 days time! It seems like a miracle when you have lived with rats for over 6 months and nothing seemed to work. To top it off this company gave me a 1 year warranty! They weren't the cheapest but not the most expensive either. The 2 other companies offered "FREE" inspections but were unable to solve my problem which proves my point. "You get what you pay for? I highly recommend this company and Kudos to Bill and Ken the repair man!! more

I am thrilled that I found this company. When I was searching to solve my rodent problem it was really important to me to select a local company. They solved my rodent issues without the use of poison. Turns out they were local and family owned! I would definetly recommend this company and would re-hire them in a heartbeat!!! I am so disappointed with this company. I paid for someone to come out and give me quote to close off any areas that were open for rats to get into the house, earlier this month (Jan 5,2010). An inspection of the house costed $95.00 , and $695.00 for someone to come out every week for a year to check traps. for a total of $790.00. I was charged more within 3months, one reviewer stated they paid $695, Oct. 2009. I wanted the areas outside the side closed off to keep the rats out. I started with this company last month, and nothing has been caught, and I continue to hear rats in the walls. Each week I call for an inpection of the traps and nothing. They don't go under the house to check, they just look in the opening,? I walked around the last time with the technician showing him areas to close off, this is crazy, Im the homeower. I have ask to speak to the owner, and if nothing changes in the next couple of weeks, I am going to have to spend more money and hire another company. I can't have rats in my home roaming arouond in the walls. I trusted the information on their website. If I had it to do over I would not hire this company. more
