Listed my condo with them because they have an office on-site and blocked my efforts for private sale/rental. The only advertising is the standard MLS listing which they were unable to customize for my unit. There was no lock box. They hand out keys to walk-ins and let them go through unaccompanied. If this is unacceptable to the client there is little or no traffic. For rentals they charge the standard 1 mo rent plus $100 admin fee. When questioned about the fee they said it was below what others were charging. I called the others and no one had such a fee.\r

They are also management. They only enforce the violations that affect their sales. They are unresponsive to service requests. It took 2 weeks to respond to an underground water pipe leak, and after 3 months a request for removal of dead bushes remains unaddressed. They do not appear interested in anything about the property except what goes on in their own office.\r
