Don't use if you don't want problems. They have horrible customer service and will charge you a fortune when you move out. I left the place clean and I will admit the yard needed to be cut but it was just a tiny square and they charged me $80 plus $280 for carpet cleaning! I was there for just over 3 years and they charged me painting and cleaning even though it was left clean. Find somewhere else to go. You can get better places with better care at other property management companies. more

Worst and Rudest property management company I have ever had to deal with! The are extremely unprofessional. They actually had the nerve today to tell me it was my fault my ceiling was leaking.Which has been leaking for over 3 years and supposedly is being fixed every time it leaks but it still leaks. I would suggest you go to any other company if you can. They have no customer service skills at all! more

Do not use these people 12/1/2011

I assisted my friends with their move. They were given a sheet to fill out of things to be corrected. However when they sent page in, no one responded, when called, they did send someone out and they fixed one minor problem, but not the two major things. When they called again, the repairman told them if they complained again, they would not get their lease renewed. They are afraid to call now. I know they had the garage door opener repaired and a gas leak was repaired by gas company. Premier Properties staff were unfriendly and unresponsive to my friends needs. more

Is there something lower than poor for a rating? What HORRIBLE people to work with!!! Very unhelpful! Very unprofessional and they don't do their job as property management at all!!! I would STRONGLY advise NOT to use. more

Go With Another Company, Do Not Use! 6/23/2010

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The company is rude and unprofessional, they do not protect your property and will not address conflict, they just drop you as a client. Go somewhere else for better customer service. Cons: Unprofessional and Rude more
