These people truly have no idea about good customer service, and they try to boss you around. They do not believe in working with parents to figure out what's best for your child. I decided not to take my newborn in for a two day visit after leaving the hospital, because she had just been examined by neonatal nurse in lactation and was determined to be fine. However, when I called to schedule her two week visit they refused my daughter service because I had decided not to take her in for this two day visit. I could not believe it and they were very rude.
