Terrible customer service. Late by 3 weeks with install. Wanted payment up front for a discount. Did not purchase the materials I selected several months prior to the start of the job. Ended up having to wait 3 weeks for new material to arrive then they couldn't get it because the account was closed at the supplier for non payment. I paid more than a 50% deposit 5 months prior to the template date too. Pick a different company
