After about 5 years jumping through hoops with other companies regarding my malfunctioning ac unit, SHANE found the problem in no time and fixed it. We had a Freon leak in the attic as we were spending countless dollars on service calls for others to repair. The price he quoted me was reasonable and overall I am very happy. We hadn't had a better technician until today. We hadn't decided yet to go with their maintenance package yet but we are seriously considering it. Thanks again Shane for the wonderful service, and we will be returning customers. more

James did an awesome job 2/17/2012

James did a terrific job explaining the age of my system and the need for an upgrade. The largest benefit he provided was showing me how to change the filters on the unit instead of at the intake. This is soooooo much easier and I cannot stress enough the value he adds to your company by taking time to show customers like me the actual system, how it works, and how I can maximize what I have....and explain what I need. New Customers and a Great Experience 2/11/2012

Contacted Premier Saturday morning. Eric Dunn showed up ahead of schedule. He showed us the bad part and replaced it within 20 minutes. He was courtesy, professional and friendly. We will use Premier in the future. Answer service (Melissia) was also extremely professional and courtesy. Thank you all. more

Excellent Response And Follow-up 11/3/2011

Technician listened to the problem I was having and suggested the most inexpensive way to remedy it. After over a year of a problem with the door/switch that constantly turned off my furnace and therefore my heat and air conditioner, Premier technician diagnosed the problem and fixed it inexpensively so that I didn't have to replace my furnace. I highly recommend this company for integrity, concern about my welfare, and ability. more

Looking in the Costco coupon book, I found Premier. From the very first phone call to them, I was extremely impressed with them. From Tasha - who talks on the phone - to Zach, the outside salesman to the installers - Jason and Bruce. These guys were amazing! They went above and beyond in every aspect of their relationship with me as the customer Bruce and Jason were here for well over 12 hours, working diligently and neatly the entire time. By the time they left, I was confident when they left that whether it is 6 months or 6 years before I need to call them again, they will be there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!!! AND TASHA TOO! more

Totally professional and available. 10/6/2011

Cool weather of autumn came and our furnace would not turn on. I called at 8:30am and Premier's service man came at 10:30am...within two hours and fixed the furnace in ten minutes. He explained the problem. We were up and running. more
