I'll start by saying I've waited one year to post this review. My name is Rick and I have been contracting my whole life (51years old now) and specializing in sheetrock repair. It is common for me to repair cracks after foundation repairs, and it is just as common to repair them again and again. Here's my story, this time It was my house and the joke was it had moved so much my address changed (ha-ha). I wanted it fixed right the first time, not having them to come out over and over to readjust the piers (like the big name companies with there fancy systems that don't work) while I spend my time and money repairing the cracks over and over. I didn't want that on my house. Then a friend told me about Premier. When Julie came out she explained the system they use and IT JUST MADE SENSE. Long story short you get two piers in each area rather than one. A year later nooo cracks - now that's what I'm talking about. Thank you Julie! more

I got a recommendation from a friend for Premier Foundation Repair and called them in an urgent manner. Julie was able to get a quote taken care of quickly and was very professional on the phone. The head of the crew came out and explained why we needed what they were quoting and spent time with us showing the basics of foundations. After the repair, the crew asked how we would like them to clean up the excess soil and made recommendations. I would definitely recommend Premier to any of my family and/or friends. more

I have recommended Premier Foundation to countless friends and co-workers over the years, and they always do a tremendous job. The owner, Julie, has always been straightforward with me and with those I refer to her on the work that does or does not need to be done. I never feel like I?m getting ?up-sold,? as Julie is able to provide me with logical and reasonable explanations as to the work recommended. I used Premier for my Carrollton house, the soil there is really poor. These guys really did an outstanding job for me stabilizing my home. The process was done quickly, and neatly. A+++++ recommended!!! more

BEWARE of this company! I've never in my entire life seen anything like it- they have ZERO pride in their work, contracts out all labor to anyone available- regardless of experience, and NO customer service skils. \r \r Within 1 day, this company destroyed my yard, home value, and landscaping, costing THREE times as much damage as the price they were charging to work in the foundation. I'd be happy to provide detailed information, including photos of the damage caused if anyone would like further info! This is specifically everything they do wrong:\r \r 1. During initial estimate, the company "owner" Julie Goines seemed incredibly annoyed to have to be there. She acted like checking foundation and providing a quite was a giant burden of her time and was incredibly rude and rushed. \r \r 2. She never called back to schedule the work. I had to call her a whole week later and remind her that id like to move forward on the foundation work. \r \r 3. the "contractors" arrived nearly 3 hour more

Our house needed several piers but before that, the drainage around the house and to be fixed. Julie took care of both...super nice and experienced. She made us feel at ease...no drama. Premier Foundation gets our thumbs up more

Or foundations needed to be fixed due to a plumbing leak. Julie found the root cause and fixed the foundations. When we sold the house, the new owners were impressed by the work that was done. more
