Premier Dental Care

This visit was an absolute nightmare. This dentist is not an ethical person and your time should not be wasted being seen by Dr. Wassef! Their work was faulty and caused my thousands in repairs to be done down the road. Complete negligence that could have been avoided. GO ELSEWHERE if you have the opportunity. Don't keep this monster in business!! more

My wife was a patient of Premier Dental. We were lured in by Dr. wassaf who sold us a complete dental package. We paid 38000, yes thirty eight thousand dollars. She was to get all new dental implants and was told it would ba a brand new smile. On the second visit the other dentist in the practice took over and Dr. Wassaf was never seen again. Dr. Neussele did all the work, and they looked great for about 6 months. Then my wife started having problems with the work that was done. Then when we went back to the about a year later we were told that Dr. Neussele was no longer there he had left and sold all the computers and anything of value in the office. My wifes dental records were lost and they had way of confirming who she was. 38000 dollars and they had no idea who she was!!!!! Dr. Wassaf did a complete exam and we were informed that the work that was performed was not what was sold to us. No implants, no real dental work, just cheap vennears to make it look good. He estimated there was only about 10000 dollars worth of work done. We have filled a complaint against this company and their so called doctors. We have filled a complaint with the medical review board and hope to have their dental licenses recinded in the state of Arizona. Please do not use these people. They are the worst and most evil group of non professional dentists i have ever heard of. more

I have lived all over the country & Valley, Dr Wassef has been the best dentist by far that I have seen. The office staff is friendly. The fee for services is very reasonable. more

Pros: Nice facility in good location with latest technology. Amy is a great hygienist who makes you feel good about coming to the dentist. Cons: Dr. Wassef was very confrontational and unprofessional with me when I asked questions about my treatment. They made three mistakes in the 8 months that I was a patient. First, did not do a filling correctly resulting in a second procedure that resulted in about a months worth of pain. Second, another filling was allowed to connect to the adjacent tooth resulting in a repeat visit on my own time. They scheduled an exam and cleaning appointment on a Thursday and then called me two days before and informed me that they were no longer doing cleanings on Thursday. Bottom line: I gave them every opportunity to keep my business but I am no longer a patient. more
