Dental + is a group of very dedicated people who work together seamlessly to provide the best results possible for their patients. Each dentist is a specialist in their field. Dr. Friedman is truly accomplished at fitting my partial plate. Dr. Farid is an excellent dental surgeon who made the necessary extractions as painless as possible. Dr. Le Trong showed himself to be a genuine artist as he ""rebuilt"" my damaged teeth with his skills at making and fitting crowns. Additional work done by other specialists was done equally as well. The Dental Assistants, including Jaime and Bobby were genuinely concerned with my comfort. Amber and Maya made my visits to the front desk truly painless and pleasant. I heartily recommend Dental + in Pasadena to anyone needing dental work of any kind. more

A fantastic collection of highly skilled people. My wife has had serious issues in the past with her gag reflex and dentist-related anxiety, so when we first found out about Dental Plus and their DOCS procedures (conscious oral sedation - basically a pill before surgery) it sounded too good to be true. Well, 4 years later and all I can say is ""wow""... she's been able to have the extensive dental work she needed done without any anxiety problems. The DOCS procedure really is amazing. But the quality of the work done by Dental Plus is also amazing. I was particularly impressed by the bone graft (not really a bone graft, more a way to stimulate natural bone growth) that completely repaired her lower jaw. The doctors have been informative, friendly and very open to full discussion of all treatments. Drs. Roisman, Friedman, Hunt and Hopper deserve special mention as going above and beyond the call of duty. But the rest of the staff is just as wonderful. I have to sing the praises of Bobby, who makes every surgery appointment as nice as possible, Amber, who brings such a genuine interest in doing the best she can for us, and Carmen, without whose excellent financial counsel and willingness to work with us none of this would be possible. I've read some bad reviews of Dental Plus and they annoy me. Yes, there is usually a big bill to pay for the more advanced work, but that's because dental insurance covers so little of it. Yes, it's a big office with lots of staff so it feels less personal than the old neighborhood dentist, but that's only natural and not necessarily a bad thing. Adjust your expectations, people! We're happy customers and fans. more

Dr. Friedman explained the work I needed very clearly. The front desk always calls to remind me about my next appointment. Bobby the surgery assistant makes one feel that all is going well. Dr. Letrong (what a professional) gentle with shots and cares about how his patients look. He is very fond of his work. more

Dr. Roisman always made sure everything was working very smoothly. Excellent quality of care and the dentists are all great. Dr. Letrong is very picky and a perfectionist, exactly the kind of guy I want making my crowns! Dr. Chan is very intuitive and fast, he can tell if I am feeling anything even before I say anything. Dr. Hopper is very warm and friendly and informative, all of the assistants were exceptional. more

The service is exceptional, everything is handled well from the moment you enter the door, the staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing that detracts from this office is that the billing is not well done, with discrepencies between what the office believes is owed and what the billing statements reflect. more

They go out of their way to make each procedure pleasant and comfortable. My children have also been patients from the time of 3 years of age. I have also been very impressed with the orthodontists.
