I brought my 136,000 mile Saturn to Premier almost ten years ago, after a failed NOS experiment that ruined my engine (Don't try it at home kids). They installed a used engine in my car and maintained it for another 121,000 miles before I traded it above blue book value. These days they keep my 143,000 mile, hard-driven retired police vehicle running strong, even with all the electrical troubles Fords are known for. more

Outstanding Customer Service 4/18/2011

I was having a malfunction in the electrical system of my car. I called the dealer-ship and they were going to charge me an outrageous amount of money and would not promise that it would fix the problem. I called Premier and they got my car in that day. They were friendly and so helpful. It turns out that the part was a recall issue so I had to take it to the dealership. If I could, I would have had Premier replace the part. Their customer service is outstanding! more

Installed a new radiator and consulted on a noise alternator was making. 1/11/2011

My car overheated that day, and I made it to their shop on 7th street. They were able to order the radiator on an '01 hyndai tiburon and install it in 3 hrs. David was professional and courteous. He was able to explain as to why a radiator flush could not be done on my car. My car hasn't overheated. I went back regarding a noise my alternator was making and they were able to advise me on my options. more

tune up for 2002 Taurus 1/3/2011

I would definitely recommend Premier. These people listened to my concerns, understood my problem, diagnosed the reasons for the problems, and gave me a quote....quickly. They discovered the real reason for my heater not working too and fixed that. Their price is reasonable and they didn't make me feel stupid because I didn't know anything about cars. I have found our mechanic! more

Everything was good. 1/3/2011

I had a wheel bearing out on my truck, so I called Premier Car Care Center. They sent out a tow, picked up my truck, and had it ready to go the next morning. They were real fast, prompt, and professional. Everything was good. I had used them before a few years ago and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Randy Grice more

I have been going to Premier Car Care Center a lot over the years, and my experience has been wonderful. They get me in and out and they take good care of me. They do what needs to be done and they do not over-do things. I cannot describe how great they are. Their people are wonderful and they are really fast. Also, they will call you several times a day to update you on what they are doing. They have taken car of 5 cars for me over the years and the quality of their work has always been excellent. If ever something does not work out, they take it back right away and fix it. In fact, they call us, and if they find out it is making an unusual noise, they have us take it back so they can fix it right away. And, they have never had my car for more than one night. Excellent. Problem solved. Reasonable pricing with prompt service 12/9/2010

I took my wife's 1991 Pontiac Firebird in about six months ago when the Service Engine Soon light kept coming on. PCC found the problem right away, found an original new Delco EGR solenoid and got it installed the next day. This week, the heater control valve failed in the same car. Same story; Rhonda Martin told me to came in early today and they would look at it. They did better than that - they got the part from Advance Auto Parts and got me fixed up and running in under two hours. Prices are reasonable too. I would recommend this outfit to anybody. more

Excellent customer service; very good work. 12/6/2010

I have been going to Premier Car Care Center for many years, about 14, and I have 3 vehicles they service. Of the 3 vehicles I have, 2 are 30 plus years old. They service those older vehicles and my newer Crown Vic. They do very good work; I would highly recommend them. They are quick, and their prices are reasonable. Their customer service is excellent. They are very knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with Premier Car Care Center. more

Good quality; no complaints. 12/2/2010

I work for a contractor, and we take our trucks and pickups to Premier Car Care Center. They have done mainly maintenance for us for about a year. We have used them since they moved onto 7th Street. Their quality is good; I have no complaints. They get it in, get it fixed, and get it back out to us. more
