My husband works for Rand, and I opened an account with PAFCU there in 2004. They used to be good, but since Rand moved to their new building, the PAFCU branch has had a two-tired experience between randites and non-randites.
As a Rand employee, my husband enjoys their customer service, despite their investment service limitations. Yet, I have had a different experience: customers no longer have a lobby where we can wait in a comfortable environment and communicate with bank employees; rather, we're left in a cold, drafty place where we can only communicate with PAFCU employees through a window -- and that is, when they are available = average 10-20 mins. waiting time in a cold, drafty place without proper seating. Whenever you try to communicate with the branch manager, he's unavailable -- even when he sees you looking for him!
In a nutshell: this PAFCU branch is an appalling experience unless you're a Rand employee. If you're not, avoid them: they're not worth the poor treatment and lack of financial acumen. And btw: forget about free/easy parking, that's long gone.
