Property pros! 7/5/2011

After working with other property management companies it was refreshing to find a company that has the knowledge and connections to get the job done right! The agents are skillful and trustworthy, with many years in the industry. Mellisa Macias in the front office cordinates any repairs needed and always have our issues resolved in a timely manner. I reccommend Prellis management to anyone that needs a experienced staff to keep things running smoothly. more

The best property management company in the valley! 6/28/2011

Managing my rental house was a real hassle, then I was referred to Prellis to have them manage the house?the rest is history. They took care of every detail of preparing the property for a new tenant. Their leasing team secured an A+ tenant at super fair market rent and the ongoing issues of dealing with tenant and repairs were all handled by the property manager and the maintenance team. If you have rental property?do what I did and hire Prellis Management?they work hard and deserve this great review! more
