When my wife and I decided to purchase new windows we preferred to use a local company. In our travels we stopped in at Preferred Window and Door on a Saturday morning and met Andy the president of the company. He gave us in depth information about windows, r-factors of glass treatments, frames, installations, a guesstimate on what we were looking for, and a tour of his businessâ?¦ well, this is who was going to put in our windows. A few days later Matt his salesman came out to give us all the optionsâ?¦ colors inside and out, materials, and even self cleaning windows, who would have thought it. Well before this gets too long I will say it has been a positive experience through the whole process, first impression, sales, and install. Would recommend and will use again. Awning for the backdoor is next. Customer service is alive and well when dealing with Preferred Windows a true mark of excellence.
