They do not stand by their products. They sold me the wrong part because of a system glitch, then refused to take any responsibility. They felt that I should shoulder the cost of the computer glitch. I agree that the fault is not really that of Preferred, but I think it is even less my fault. As a reseller, Preferred should handle issues with their vendor, not pass the buck to me. I would recommend going somewhere that will backup the customer a bit more.
