A Warm and Friendly Staff 10/2/2010

I used to take muscle relaxants every 2-4 hours plus sleeping pills on a daily basis, I am now taking 1 pill a day and no sleeping pills. Along with the excellent treatment programs they offer, you will also meet a warm and friendly staff. Everyone that works here makes you feel like your family and they really understand what you are going through. So if you want your life back along with better health then do not hesitate to call them. You will not regret it! more

I Recommend Preferred Pain 10/2/2010

When I came to Dr. Moore I wasn't able to walk up stairs or sit for more than thirty minutes. Within 3 weeks I am able to stay in my chair at work until my break and walk up stairs. My pain level has gone from a 10 to a 2 with very little medication. If you want your life back with little or no pain then I recommend Preferred Pain. more

I Can Sleep Again 9/30/2010

My back started spasming and my pain was unbearable. I couldnt' sleep for more than an hour at a time. Preferred got me in within a day and the doctors really know their stuff. The treatment has allowed me to sleep again through the night and regain my sanity. more

I have been Pain Free for 2 months Now! 8/18/2010

Just wanted to give you and your staff an update on me. I?m doing fantastic. I have been pain free for about 2 months now. I transferred to Santa Clara in June and the pain in my leg dwindled to nothing. Eventually my back did the same. I transferred to Blacksburg, Va. 2 weeks ago and am still feeling great. I was really dreading the 2600 mile drive across country in fear my back wouldn?t be up for the challenge, but luckily the trip went great and I was able to enjoy the incredible scenery pain free! I really want to thank you and your staff for all your hard work and diligence in getting me back to my normal life. Thank you again! more

I can work without any pain now 7/5/2010

I was having major headaches along with massive tingling and aching down my right arm. It just kept getting worse. I have cervical stenosis. I had to stop working every few minutes and "shake out" the numbness. It was making my life intolerable.\r For 3 days per week, I participated in therapy, spinal decompression, chiropractic, physiotherapy, and interventional pain injections.\r The aching, tingling, headaches - THEY ARE ALL GONE! I now have no pain. I can work without any problem whatsoever.\r Don't just assume your pain will go away... Get it checked at Preferred Pain Center. more

They Understood My Pain 7/3/2010

Dr. Moore (Chiropractor) is a magician. He also explained everything to me as he was instructing me on how to do each excercise.\r \r Dr. Narwani gave me an epidural injection, and was very calming and comforting.\r \r What an unusual experience--------everyone in the office was really nice and seemed to understand my pain. more

I was treated like an Individual! 7/3/2010

Last year I went to a DIFFERENT pain center, the staff was rude and treated me like a number at the supermarket. Plus my pain never went away.\r \r A friend told me about Preferred Pain Center, so I went last month. What a great place! The staff is super friendly and compassionate, and they were great when I brought my son with me.\r \r Robin and Dr. Moore truly know how to make pain go bye bye. The therapy and decompression worked wonders for my neck.\r \r Dr. Narwani's injection was painless and I'm now back at work.\r \r If you want to be treated as an individual, timely, and by people who know how to work and have fun, go to Preferred Pain Center! more

My Neck Feels Better Than Ever! 7/3/2010

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and rear ended. I had whiplash, stiffness, and a sharp pain in the middle of my neck. Sleeping became very painful and i was waking up through the night. It was tough looking over my shoulder while driving.\r For 3 days per week, I received therapy including stretching, strengthening, isometrics, ice, electrical stimulation, spinal decompression therapy, and chiropractic manipulation.\r My pain is minor at this point and is very tolerable. I don't think twice about it anymore with social activities or driving. The providers at Preferred Pain are competent and I love the way I was treated. It's a friendly upbeat atmosphere.\r In many ways my neck feels better than ever, no more stiffness, no more headaches! more

Dr Moor is wonderful Vicky is very nice they make you feel like you are # one. I feel much better they have pillows so us laid do not have are boobs squished. I love all the employees here. 10 thumbs up. I would let them treat my mom or child. they rock more

I am Dr. Greene, CEO of Preferred Pain Center. The patient stated she had a bad experience in an email right after her visit. I called her immediately upon receiving her email, researched extensively her visit, and then emailed her twice more with my findings and plan for resolution. \r \r To be fair, my staff does not remember her visit AT ALL as described, but I was not there and any time a patient has a suboptimal experience I take that very seriously (I can count on one hand those experiences). My main concern is that she is still having pain and we will not be able to help her alleviate it. \r \r Because that's what Preferred Pain Center does, and does it very well. We have successfully treated THOUSANDS of patients and I receive multiple compliments each week regarding either the first-rate care received or how nice our staff was during a rough time. I certainly hope that anyone considering Preferred Pain Center would look at ALL of the other reviews for our Pain Center, which are st more

My pain is gone! 12/11/2009

I went to Preferred Pain Center while suffering from severe chronic low back pain for years. I've had multiple treatments in the past from various providers, but nothing had ever worked. A coworker recommended Preferred after seeing Dr. Moore for a disc herniation and she's now pain free. Pros: Friendly staff, Great doctors, plus they have chocolate! Cons: none more
