Preferred Glass & Windows

Great service - my windshield needed replacing and since the cost of a new one was less than my insurance deductible, I decided to shop around. The glass replacement company that my insurance company recommended was about $250 and Santa Clarita Auto Glass came in around 30% less expensive with the same product and service. I filled out the online quote form on the website, and Matt emailed me the next day to confirm everything. We had a quick chat on the phone and set a time and sure enough, he phoned to reconfirm exactly when he said he would and set the time for the replacement. He stopped by on Saturday at our home and installed the new windshield in my Chevy truck in about 30 minutes. He also repaired a small crack in another of our vehicles. \r The service is great, Matt is a very friendly and helpful business owner and I'd recommend his service to anyone. more

Someone busted my passenger side window in broad daylight and stole my CD player. The best thing to come of the situation was my finding your awesome auto glass repair shop! Kind staff and professional work at the good price I've found. more

An unethical window installer. Placed an order and asked them politely, both verbally and via email, not to order the windows until I received HOA approval. They ordered the windows anyway and after finding out, they lied, made excuses and tried to blame me. Had them cancel the order and refund my deposit. Will never do business with them again. more

Very Unhappy. When I called in to see if they would match a price I found online for a glass table top they said they would try and called me back to say it would be $35 more than the one I saw online. That was fine so I went in 2 days later to order it and they said they couldn't find the paperwork from the girl I talked to. They eventually found it and said "oh it must have been for a thinner piece of glass." Long story short - they quoted me a price that was $250 more than what they had said over the phone and becuase I waited I missed the deal online. I am very unhappy with their lie and lame customer service. more

This business has been around forever, but is now under new ownersip. The old ownership was great, not to sure about the new ones, reliable, price competative! more

After our large picture window was broken, we called Preferred Glass to do the repairs. They came out within a few days, and I was impressed, because it's a very large double paned window. I thought it might take a while for them to order it special. They did a great job on the installation. I would definitely use them again. more
