Preferred Automotive is the only repair shop that I go to. Mike and Gary are the best in the business. They are professional and friendly, as well as very knowledgeable. I recently had an oil change there, but mostly they have done larger projects and repair work for me. I have never had issues with any of the work that they have done for me. They get it done right the first time, every time. Scheduling appointments and getting the work done is easy; they are very accommodating. I recommend them to people all the time. more

Preferred Automotive is now my go-to place for all my car service. I have been using them for a while, and nowhere I have been before is as good. They are efficient and thorough with their service. I am always happy with their work, and if there are ever any issues they resolve them immediately. If I have an emergency they will work me in. They are professionals that do very good work. more

I have been using Preferred Automotive, and only them, for years. I have been a loyal customer because of their extreme friendliness and honesty. They are absolutely friendly and they go out of their way to to help me. I have had all the car work I have needed done here; they have done everything for me! When they suggest that its time for me to purchase a new car, I listen. When I went to purchase a new car, I had them do a diagnostic before I made the commitment. Their tests and opinions gave me the confidence to make a car purchase. I would not buy a car without their help. After purchasing the car I have never gone to the dealership for maintenance- always Preferred Automotive. They are just very nice, honest, and knowledgeable. I have never had an issue with their work or service. more

Years of great service 8/25/2015

I have been a customer at Preferred Automotive for years. Most recently, they completed an alignment on my 2011 Prius. The price is a little above the norm, but I have known Gary for a long time and know I can trust his service. Whenever anyone says they need auto service, I refer them to this company. I recommend Preferred Automotive to anyone for their excellent customer service and reliable work. more

Totally Excellent 7/28/2015

Excellent service 6/26/2015

I have been a customer at Preferred Automotive for the last four or five years and they have always been absolutely on top of their game. The service is quick and the repairs are good. The technicians are attentive, flagging and fixing potential issues before they fail. Preferred Automotive quotes runs a little on the expensive side, but the service excellent. Reliable service, trustworthy employees, accommodating with time constraints. 6/24/2015

I've been using Preferred Automotive for years. Most recently, they fit me in last minute to fix my air conditioning before I left for a trip the next day. They are always accommodating with any time constraints I may have, and their service is reliable. There have even been times when I need help with transportation when my car is being serviced, and they help me out without any problem. They are a trustworthy business business I can depend on.
