I will try to make this as short as possible-took our cars, both my husband's car and mine, for some issues-my car had to have the belts replaced, my husband's car was really jerky when driving. Long story short-they "fixed" my car, cost us 1200 bucks, then proceeded to tell us we needed another $1,000 dollars of work. "Fixed" my husbands car and told him he needed a new steering-rack, which would be another $600. Took our cars to TWO other places (not just one, but two reputable places) for a second and third opinion, NEITHER place said that any of the work was needed at all, that the things they recommended were in perfect working condition. Since then, the work they fixed on my belts? Took it to the dealership, they said quote "they never tightened the bolts" so now I have to fix the SAME thing that we already paid for. The bolt was not tight so all the belts slipped and are now ruined, in addition to needing a new crank shaft. The previous work was done at Goodyear, but they told us they merged with Preedy's...convenitently when we called back that say that goodyear is out of business and there is nothing they can do. Make your own choice, but don't waste the money. BTW the dealership is way cheaper than the "work" they did.
Pros: none...
Cons: Recommended work that was not needed, did not replace bolts
