PTAC has earned my business. I am not one that is easily smitten by what I see first especially when it comes to where my money is going. Initially, I started out going only to have an oil change or something minor that I had a coupon for. (For the record they have coupons that will save you money, some of the better ones that I have seen.) Then, when it came to a major repair, I would do my homework, call around to various repair shops, sometimes price my own parts and then compare which was cheaper. In the end when I discussed this with PTAC Customer Service, they gave me more discounts than anywhere else I had called. They will allow you to bring in your own parts, but cannot issue a warranty (as its not their part.) Customer Service is always right on target to answer my questions. Exceptionally clean bathrooms, children's movie area, and adult waiting area. I now do the majority of my repairs at PTAC in Wake Forest. They have been 100% honest, reliable, and helpful. The thing that impresses me the most is their consistency. Many businesses will reel you in with coupons, deals, etc and then would not be hurt if you didn't return. I can say truthfully that since starting out at PTAC on Hillsborough Street in Raleigh and then moving my business to Wake Forest its been the best decision for me to keep my business here. Experience, Customer Service, motivation, and Caring about the customer... what else is left to say? I challenge you to research like I did and find out for yourself and you will see the DIFFERENCE.
