I spent $1040 at Master Tech in Murfreesboro on my Explorer's air conditioner last summer, 2010. They basically replaced every major component in the system, one at a time, and three different compressors. The third compressor lasted until last Saturday (ten months) and when it blew out it caused what is called ""black death"" permanently contaminating every component that they replaced last summer. Never, I repeat NEVER have work done at a shop that only warranties their work for 90 DAYS! Jeff told me not to bring it back. more

As good as advertised! I needed service quick, my timing belt was broke and one shop down the street told me I neede a new engine. But, these guys put me back on the road for $249. I have found the place to make me and my car happy. They will do everything from an oil change to major repairs. They are a one stop shop that keeps computer records of what has been done to my car. They quote me a price upfront and I never get any surprises when I pickup my car. They have always been honest and treated me with integrity. Although I'd used Master Tech previously & found good value, great service, and knowledgable, experienced professionals, I recently made the mistake of having significant (and very expensive) brake work on my foreign car done elsewhere. Was that the biggest mistake ever! The job was botched completely & but for the very thorough and professional follow-up provided by Master Tech (open on Saturday when the other shop wasn't) what might have been a total failure of the brake system in my car was promptly identified and immediately and safely corrected. Bottom line? I wish I'd stuck with Master Tech and never gone anywhere else. Prompt, thorough, honest, professional, and reasonably priced. more
