I visited this location, because I am new to mooresville . I was worried that I would not find anyone that I could trust to keep my vehicle in good shape. The staff here at this location won me over on the first trip there, they are very knowledgable and friendly. They pricing is very reasonable. I made new friends at precision tune in mooresville , nc. more

Great Customer Service as well as work!! 10/20/2011

I used to take my vehicle to precision about 5 years ago, and ceased bc of uneccessary overcharging. I recently returned to have work done and now the staff and work are done at such a higher level than before not to mention no accessive overcharging. If you want First Class Service , ask for Jason. Hands down the best that I've ever seen in this field handling customers, giving ACCURATE descriptions& information pertaining to vehicle repairs and so forth!!. A lot of these other repair shops could learn from him and the staff there. This location and Jason is highly recommended. more

Exceptional Service!!!! 3/7/2011

I have been taking my vehicles to Precision Tune for several years now. They have caring employees who always do a wonderful job! I have never been dissatisfied with their people or work. Ask for Amanda when you go in - she will treat you right. more

Great customer service 1/6/2009

I get my oil changed at Precision Tune - the customer service is excellent, and everyone is very friendly. They are efficient and they do a good job (and they don't mind my rowdy kids!). My only complaint would be that sometimes the wait is a little long - going first thing in the morning seems to help a little with that. more
