I just went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The receptionist was very polite and they took care of my vehicle quickly. I had two major problems, though. First, they tried to convince me I absolutely needed an additional service for $300+, talking like the car would explode if I didn't take care of it. After talking with my husband and getting a second opinion, it appears that this was unnecessary. Secondly, I had a new rattling sound coming from the car after this oil change. We took it to the dealership today, and I have a cracked heat shield, likely from the car being misaligned when put on the lift. So, now I have another $200+ repair to pay for, just because I chose the wrong place for an oil change. We will not be back. more
