Awful, Dangerous Experience & a Worse Attitude 3/8/2011

We took a car in for a tune up & expected to spend under $200, They did work that wasn't authorized and when we went to get the car it was basicly held hostage for $500 worth of very questionable repairs. We paid & left hoping for the best. more
