Precision Tune Auto Care

The mechanic put on a show. He wiggled my "good" caliper pin to show me the correct amount of play, then wiggled my "bad" one moving his hand more to exaggerate the amount of play claiming "This one moves more." I was then told I needed to replace all of the brake hardware. All I needed were new pads. I'm glad I pretended to not know anything about cars because they showed their true colors and tried to take advantage of me. Guess I'm the better actor.\r \r Reading the previous reviews reminded me of the vulgar manager. He harassed his employee constantly. He "jokingly" called the man at the front desk gay. Then made many jokes about how he knew he was a "qu**r" and a f*g. He even made a joke about the iHop on Cox rd aimed at the employee. How could he talk like this in front of customers?\r \r I will never go back. more

I will NEVER go back to the Precision Tune on Franklin Blvd, in Gastonia, NC. That guy was one of the rudest people I have EVER met! This day and time a business needs to appreciate the customers they get. All I wanted was an oil change. After his mean attitude, I just told him nevermind and left. I don't have to give mean people my business/money! I can't even give them 1 star. more

the manager sonny is completely inappropriate and vulger. my radiator split last winter bc they didnt top off my fluids like had been promised i should have made them pay for the cost of a new radiator but it wasnt worth the trouble i feel like im dealing with conmen when i go there. and 4get about a warranty they will do everything in there power to get out of replacing anything under warranty. it did not used to be like this i have been taking my cars there since 2003 back when i believe dawn or joy was the manager she was AMAZING she always did a walk-thru when ur car was done to show u what had been done and what needed to be fixed and explained why. they should bring her back or tell me where she is b/c i would glady make the commute. more

I use to take my car to Precision Tune for my oil changes all.of them but the Manager said something that I got upset about and I NEVER went back and I WANT. more
