Precision Tune Auto Care

Customers Beware ! The website listed an anti-freeze service for 69.95. The price clearly states "up to 8 quarts" The last time I checked, 8 quarts = 2 GALLONS yet my Mother was charged another 7.50 for an extra half gallon. She was also charged another 8.99 for "shop supplies". She was also told she needed a new master cylinder with a price of 309.09 + 8.96 for brake fluid (and I'm sure another 8.99 for shop supplies). I called several other places and could get the same service for around 150.00. Precision Tune clearly will take advantage of someone especially if that person happens to be a woman. My advice : DON'T go there ! If you do, don't let them fast talk you into doing anything else !!! more

Went for oil change and had a great experience. Had no clue they did full matience on vehicles at such a good price. I will be back for my brakes and transmission service. Thank you precision tune for the great customer service. more

Only went in for an oil change and the next thing i know minutes later is my truck is locking up going down the road. I took it back and they turned it into thier insurance Co (Zurick) It was like pulling teeth to get them to do anything at all after what they had done to my brand new truck. Finally after 5 months of driving a rental egg and still paying for a new nice full size truck payment i get my truck back with a halfway rebuilt engine that sounds like it already has 600,000 miles on it. Thats all the Precision Tune or their insurance feel that they should do for their customer that walked in with a truck that only had 10,000 miles on it before they got too it. Please dont make the same mistake that i did. It could cost you $20,000 dollars off of the value of your vehicle too. more
